The course and final assessment are free, so this policy applies only to the one-time $9.90 USD certificate download fee. Nothing here limits any statutory refund right you may have under the consumer protection law of your state.
Refund eligibility
You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase provided you have not yet downloaded the certificate PDF. If you were charged in error, charged more than once, or hit a technical problem that stopped you from receiving your certificate, contact us and we will refund you regardless of the 14-day window.
Non-refundable situations
Once a certificate has been generated and delivered, the course is generally non-refundable, because the certificate can immediately be used or shared with an employer. Refunds are also not available for accounts suspended for violating our Terms & Conditions.
How to request a refund
Contact support with your order details (name, email used at checkout, and approximate purchase date). We aim to respond to refund requests within one business day.
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer — most issues can be resolved faster directly with our support team, and a chargeback may temporarily suspend access to your certificate while the dispute is reviewed.
